Permabanned for "third-party programs"

I'll keep this fairly short, but I just wanted to voice my annoyance. I have never used anything that should warrant a temp ban, much less a permaban, from Riot. I really don't see where this ban is coming from. The only possible explanation would be some weird interaction between DIscord and League, but since so many people use Discord I don't see why it would suddenly be a problem after years of use.

I have played League of Legends since Season 5 and was consistently Silver until Season 7. I then took a year away from League and came back during Season 9. I just hit Diamond 4 a couple of days ago after lots of hard work. My only guess for why I was banned would be teammates or enemies randomly reporting me for something and some automated system banning me because of it.

I just want to get my account back because I haven't done anything wrong and still want to play the game. I have sent in a ticket to the support system that they linked me in an email. If I could see any "evidence" or reasoning behind why I was banned or even considered for a ban that would be nice.

EDIT: My account was regained. Turns out it was accessed by someone I don't know and they were using third party programs. My ban was reversed.

We can't really help you with that. You should contact Riot support and try to get that issue explained.

If you are telling the truth, this might be the case of a false positive.

Was your account compromised? Do you see any games on your account that weren't played by you? I know that scripters and people who promote scripts hack other people's accounts to promote them...

If your account wasn't compromised there isn't much else we can do other than tell you to go to Riot support. They are very confident in their system in catching third party programs. I don't think there's an automated system involved... Even if 100 people report you for scripting they're not gonna ban you unless they look into it and come to the conclusion that you were in fact using cheats.

They don't give" evidence". If they're confident that you did use third party programs they don't tell you what caused them to figure it out because then people who actually DO use hacks will find a way around it. So don't hold your breath on that one.
