You admitted to losing your shit on a player and broke the rules. The ban was therefor correctly placed and will not be removed. Its only removed if they made a mistake on their end which they have not in this case. Sorry man, its the end of the line.[cass-cry]

Your 14 day ban was your warning.

It was written in the reform card that if you don't change your behavior, your next punishment is a permaban.

You broke the rules, and the 14-day ban was your last warning. The reform card stated that next offence would result in a permaban, and you chose to ignore that warning. You are responsible for your own actions, not other players.
