Account recovered and shortly after banned for third party programs

I want to start of by saying thank you to those who are taking the time to read through this post. I really want this problem fixed but it feels like riot support isn't even trying to help me out here.

Let me start off by telling you what happened. So one day after a few months of occasional League of Legends matches (normally with my friends on some weekends) i felt like i wanted to start playing League of Legends again. So one day i tried logging on to my account, but i had no luck. Like any normal person i tried any password i had ever known or remembered, although i couldn't seem to be able to log in. It was then it hit me. Mabye my account has somehow been lost? I got really paranoid seeing as a few months ago i had also lost an account on another game.

I went as fast as i could over to support to open a support ticket. I started off with a live conversation with a riot support employee. He asked me for information about my account. I tried my best to remember, but it took me a while to gather all the information i needed to recover my account. All while i was trying to recover my account, the person who had taken control of it had already played 2 games, and i suppose the damage had already been done. After a stressfull weekend of struggling to recover my account i finally remembered some small details which confirmed that i was indeed, the owner of the account. I was given the account and i immediately changed my password to something really hard to guess in the hope that this would never happen again.

The next day i logged on to my account ready to have some fun on League of Legends, but instead i was greeted with a message telling me that i had been banned for third party programs. I've been trying to recover my account ever since, but it feels like riot support are just sending me automatic responses and are blocking my tickets. It really pisses me off knowing that had i just remembered a small little detail i would have gotten my account back and avoided the ban. I've been told by the support that it is my fault that someone stole my account and used third party programs on my account, but this cannot possibly be the case?

Thank you for reading and i hope someone in riot support can look through my tickets and confirm that it wasn't me and that this happened while i was in the process of recovering my account. I am happy to provide any riot support employee with the information and the emails that i recieved and sent.
