Mean players get honored

There was a certain player on my team who just kept harassing me. He said I was bad and spam pinged me. I wasn't doing all that bad, ending the game positive, but he was spam pinging me before I even died. Made the game rather unfun for me at least.

Come the post game screen, he ended up with an honor flair. I think there should be a way to distinguish a "carried my ass" flair, like this guy has done, and an "actually fun to play with" flair for people who aren't assholes.

Because now, honor 5 players aren't a shining example. Some of them have terrible attitudes.

Lol I've seen this a few times, but it was mostly when the whole team wasn't very bright. I saved my team tons of times as Lulu and the top Olaf was constantly AFK because he didn't want to top but he autolocked, I told him "That's why you don't autolock so you can work with your team" and he just flames and ping spams all game and I constantly had to gank top cause jg never did, but then he'd leave lane and kept AFK'ing when I went top it was extremely frustrating, somehow he got 3 honors, I was a bit astonished.

I almost wanted to report the whole team for that game cause of constant AFK'ing and ignoring turrets getting destroyed except the ADC who never said anything. He was the only one actually working as a team. And I'm someone who never reports.. maybe 1 in 50 games.

Ya, honor is almost always based on who carried, or who had good kda. Sportsmanship is often at the bottom of the list as the reason to honor someone. It's not uncommon to see jerks get honor based only on how well they played the game, not because they were friendly and fun to play with.
