I've been toxic 1 game out of 700 and my honor resets to lvl 1
how is it fair? Shouldn't everyone be allowed the occasional bad day. :(

extreme hyperbole aside, can you post your chat logs? I don't think I've heard of someone getting a chat restriction off of 1 game.
Nop not according to Riot.
Just don't type in chat ever if you can avoid it and Riot would rather you run it down mid a couple times than say anything negative in chat. Also after you run it down be sure you report everyone that flames you so you can get them CRd.

Maybe you used some bad words that triggered The penalty sistem immediately.
Next time just mute, say it Outloud or find another ways to prevent The keyboard to f*** your honor. I'm sure u can climb it again [slayer-jinx-wink]
I was chat restricted from only 1 game, I am currently waiting on a ticket, it's been 2 days.
You would have to have used one of the "zero tolerance" words/phrases if you were really only toxic in 1 out of 700 games. In that case, your honor would drop to 0 and be locked. So really, it wasn't 1 game out of 700.
You're allowed bad days. Hell, society practically forces it. You're not allowed to break the rules. That would just be weird. And it's not like they just ban you the second you break one rule. You have to be a little consistent, unless you're just throwing around "hate speech".
If every player goes around doing 1 slip a day no one will be able to play a good game ever.
Sorry you slipped man but rules are rules and if you break them the punishment is the same for everyone.
You can submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them how many games were considered in your punishment and how many games you were recently reported in.
The number would surprise you.
It can't have been only one game. Was it a chat restriction or a ban?
No point in lying m8, unless you said some nasty hate speech or told someone to kill themselves or threatened someone, you would never receive an instant suspension, they are received when the instant feedback system receives multiple reports over a long period of time/games played and it compiles all these chat logs that it scans for profane language or abusive texts/arguing etc, and then eventually drops a restriction on your account. It's not an instant thing.
