This game is tilting

Seriously if someone accumulates more than 5 deaths at 5 mins or 6 mins they are inting. even if you get camped and tp in on cd it is physically impossible to die that many times while playing seriously so the literal only way to do that is to consistently strive to int and tilt your tem mates. So how do you as a company stop that? MAKE IT AUTO MATED THAT IF THEY DIE 10 + TIMES PRE 10 MINS THAT THEY ARE PERMA BANNED AND THE GAME IS REMADE AS THERE'S LITERALLY NO GAMEPLAY IN THAT. iT'S SERIOUSLY REDICULOUS to have to play in games like that. I'm sure above Plat they don't have to deal with that unless they're streamers because people are toxic when others are more famous and successful than them but seriously. It's absurd that I have lost 2 games today due to a jungler deciding he wants to int and give up when we have one death happen at 6 mins...
