One neutral game isn't enough to make up for years of toxic behaviour, purchasing accounts and 18+ banned accounts.
Considering he isn't even supposed to have an account anymore, I doubt positive behaviour on an account he shouldn't have is going to help his case.
All it does is show that he has been circumventing his perma-ban.
You don't get unbanned for acting nice. You get warnings for a reason.
I thought the Riot corp TOTALLY BANNED him from using their property, making an account or associating himself with anything league/riot related.

Because he got 20 permabanned accounts. They gave him 20 chances and he failed those. He doesn't deserve to come back even if he's reformed.
