Tier punishement question.

Hey i was 14day banned on my secondary account on EUNE back in june. My tier punishement went down on September 10 i had a few stupid games where i kinda talked back to the trolls ( yeh stupid me but w/e ) point is i got a chat ban not gonna lie i deserved it for beeing stupid enough to talk back to the EUNE trolls so yeh it is 10 game chat ban. Since i was 14 day banned shouldnt it be 25 games? or does it completely reset after 3 months of good behavior ?
