Is there any way to get un-perma banned?

I believe I was wrongly banned in my latest game of League of Legends. I was perma banned for saying something that wasn't even toxic in my opinion. I told my bottom laner that he wasn't playing well and needed to step it up. He proceeded to flame me and be extremely toxic (I bet he's still playing the game), while i stayed calm for the most part. I was still nice and respectful to him as well as my other teammates and even enemies even though they were all being really toxic (they're the toxic ones yet I'm banned, does NOT make sense). I am a level 55 with lots of money and countless hours put into this game and I'm not ready to start a new account. I was wondering if there is anyway to get my account back for I believe I have been wrongly banned. Any help would be appreciated. This is 100% unfair.
