I have been permanently banned and I dont know why

I tried contacting Riot Games about my perma-ban but I haven't gotten a response. I do not understand why I have been banned and would like some help on the matter. I believe my account has been hacked because I checked op.gg and I found games that I do not remember playing. Plus the email that was sent to me about the banning is unreadable. Is there any way to get unbanned.

only way is through the support ticket just wait for them to respond and they'll do account recovery options with you

There is no help, you have been banned and that can not be revoked. Your choices are to quit now, or make a new account. Sorry for any money loss on your part. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
