Little Rant
I love having team mates who feed out the a** and I lose 22lp for it, when I only gain 16lp a match..Nice. I also love when team mates go 2/16 and I flame a bit I get reported and chat banned.. Thanks rito

Some negativity is going to happen, Riot understands this and you won't get banned for a little bit of negative banter or minor flaming in a bad game; it's when this is your usual behavior or you cross the line that you get punished for it.
I really do understand the urge to turn on a feeder and insult them in chat, but it doesn't help at all. Player are more likely to play worse (both intentionally and not) when other people are angry at them, and it tends to ensure the negative environment persists instead of going away. The best thing to do in this situation is just mute them and concentrate on the game.
