I stopped playing around this time 2 years ago. It was before the Evelynn rework and the last major change I remember was Chogath getting infinite stacks on his ultimate.
Is the game more fun now? For solo players and casuals?
Are players still as toxic towards those who don't know very much? Will I be yelled at for playing Sion support or Soraka like I used to?
Game is worse, a lot of content creators have discussed their discontent with the direction of league.
I wouldn't recommend coming back if the game wasnt good enough for you 2 years ago.
For me, as a primarily casual player who plays both alone and solo, I'm having more fun than I was two years ago. Toxicity still exists, definitely, but I'm afraid I can't say if you'll be yelled at for either of those support choices, as I don't see either enough to really comment.

No it is not. I appreciate the changes like the Runes and Honor System, but it feels like the balance is out of whack. Everything is still doing too much damage and the game is still changing way too much for anyone to keep up with it anymore. This is a year where we had a lot of unnecessary things being worked on and added into the game, at the expense of the players trying to keep up with it and enjoy the game. The Developers are changing too much and it is annoying players.

I mean if you pick stuff that players regularly interpret as troll then you will probably be yelled at a lot? I think its still fun though. Definetly still a very popular game obviously
