Chat Restricted Mistake?

I got chat restricted and I honestly do not understand the reason why... If you can point it out to me or if it's a mistake I would like to see what you guys can write about it. Hopefully a Riot member can see what mean things I typed. I know there are hundreds of posts similar to this asking what did I do wrong or I didn't do anything wrong, but seriously do mass reports just equal the bot punishing you? But, I honestly do not believe I should have got a punishment.

Creating hostage situation

Just because you are smurfing does not mean you can just act disrespectfully.

Of this is only mildly toxic, which is why you got a mild punishment. It's more of a reminder to stay positive in games. You were creating and participating in a lot of toxic situations throughout this game. Take this punishment as a warning, and learn from it. Learn that no matter what, you shouldn't ever try to 'punish' your teammates, or be hostile towards them.

If someone is trolling, play to the best of your ability and report them after the game. If someone is toxic towards you in chat, just mute and report them. Don't engage with toxic behaviour. It only results in a more toxic game.
