Keep in mind everything negative i said was after my completely 0 kill team besides me decided to call me a f***ing idiot, when I was probably the only one with any sense! Not only that, I was camped literally the entire game and still was the only person who got out of lane with a decent score. Literally my entire team got rolled and I tried to get them to step up and make some heads up plays... In fact the way i told them was simply to get them to react quicker and act more. A leblanc jungle had 1v1'd me near bot side wolves while my veigar and zyra sat in lane next to bot tower and did not so much as react, even though i pinged several times. I just don't understand why the first person to be toxic is never at fault. It's always the guy who reacteds fault... Like what's the point of playing the game if people who drop the first act of toxicity are never banned? I could simply group with a 3 man party, flame somebody, get my entire team to report them for reacting, and that person will 100% be punished and looked into for toxicity. Blitzcrank bot says himself in the reply email. "This penalty stems from demonstrating negative or abusive behaviors in chat - in human terms, this means giving up on games, griefing your fellow players, and generally being difficult to play with over a large number of matches and teammates." Does it looks like I griefed, gave up, or was generally difficult to play with? Or does it look like I made open human communication and got punished for it. Does anybody think I could get some help taking riot to court for this? I really think this chat log doesn't demonstrate any of the things listed for auto ban eligibility and I could use some help taking this company to court. Thank you friends

After your 14-day ban, you were warned that your account was on thin ice, and any slight toxicity could be enough to get you banned.

In your chat logs, while not the worst toxicity, is still pretty toxic. It doesn’t matter if they were toxic to you first, you should have just muted.

You know what I was banned on 4 accounts and reason was trolls who I was toxic towards. Riot can't see that you are writing it to trolls who deserve it therefore you get banned. Just play other game and don't waste your nerves and time. This is my advice.

Just know, permabans are not always from just one game. Because the IFS only detects severity and consistency. From this chat, I can see you were simply being toxic and inflammatory. So that leaves one punishment that is suitable for your case, and that pattern is by consistency.

You were fresh off your 14-day ban, meaning you were on your last chance. Which was your 3rd tier punishment out of 4.

You are banned because you have a pattern of being toxic and the community does not enjoy your company. Your retaliation and lack of self-control are what got you punished.
