Loss prevented for AFKs and complete trolls?

It would be really nice that if someone were to troll the whole game or afk (like 15 minutes in) that the game would be counted as a loss prevented. It is absolutely annoying and unfair when someone plays really really well in a game but still loses because of one or two people trolling or afk. I know I would be plat by now if this were the case and I am sure other people will agree. Punish the AFKs and trolls harshly and help out the players that actually try and do well.

I could see it for AFKs, but it would have to prevent the win too. If the team with the AFK doesn't deserve to lose points for it then surely the winning team doesn't deserve a free win.

It really just wouldn't work for trolling in most cases. You can't really apply rank changes retroactively because the ranking points aren't equal value at each rank. Unless the offender can be identified instantly(automatically) then you can't really give loss prevented for it.

That said, the impact of an individual game on your rank is insignificant. The time/enjoyment loss is the real loss and can't be returned. This would really only make people feel better about it. Which has its value, but it seems like a waste of resources to me.

How would you determine a troll? Anything can work from jungle annie to support yasou

Afking/dc was addressed with the 3 min remake option now that being said if soemone afk/dcs after the remake ends well your up shit creek as of now But you can end the game at 20 and report and move on Sorry
