Riot please remove /all chat in ranked.

I legit have had this happen way too much. I just had a game where we were doing pretty amazing in two lanes, and our JG was missing quite a few brain cells apparently... Anyway, we were still doing great, but enemy jg was on point. Top lane decided to chat in all chat with their opponent the entire time. I mean... Its ok to have a friendly conversation but in Ranked? Normals maybe would be fine. We asked this players multiple times to stop chatting and pay attention and help the team. But instead they kept saying things like, "oh they're flaming me etc etc" ... I mean, we never once flamed them, we politely asked them to stop chatting in all chat, we really needed them to play the game with us.

I feel like the game would be better if Ranked limited chat period. People would flame less, I mean, someone who is typing is just not playing the game at all. If we can mostly use pings and emotes in ranked, what is the need for the chat? Things would progress a lot better. I understand that people say as you rank up you get less of these issues, but when you just can't get away from them, how can you even climb?
