i have played this game since beta and this is the first restrction/punishment i received. I have learned my lesson and will not cause trouble such as this anymore. I believe i am at fault 100% for the game 2. However, the game 1 does not reflect negative behavior as I use foul language to express myself or describe how terrifying enemy champions are. Please look over the chat once again to consider my behavior this game and maybe reducing my chat restriction to a lower quantity. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the ill behavior i have shown in the game 2 and maybe even other games that i wasn't reported on. I will look to fix this problem as it had never happened before. Thank you and I love RIot. <3

This kind of chat is vulgar, unnecessary, and wholly unwelcome in League of Legends, especially the first and third snippets. Those include counts of hate speech, which would normally see your punishment escalated to a 14-day ban instead of a chat restriction.

In all honesty, that you have the audacity to ask for your punishment to be reduced tells me you didn't actually learn your lesson from this. You are exceedingly lucky to have gotten off with just a chat restriction, so, my advice to you would be this;

Serve out the ten games, and dial back your negativity to about -11. Cut the insults, cut the needless vulgarity, and stop being confrontational.

You shouldn't weaponize the report system. It's not there so you can threathen people into doing what you want, it's there to catch people whose behaviour is out of line. Like yours.

The 10 game chat restrict is meant to serve as a warning. It's a light punishment, but it's needed anyways. If you've truly learned your lesson, then you'd also know why you deserve this punishment, and why 'sorry' isn't going to cut it.

Oof. Didnt look at game 2 because you already said you know it was bad. Game 1 just contains what i think is a zero tolerance phrase or term "are you fucking retarded". I think because you have a long history of good behavior, they let you off lightly. Some people would go straight to a 14 day ban for that, so dont push too hard on asking for a reduction. Ive seen that backfire before lol.
