Riot bans someone shortly after someone purchases RP. Isn't that stealing?

I am pretty sure this is a type of stealing and is against the law. I come off a winter break and make a purchase on my main account and moments later I receive a permanent ban. Soon to check my email about warnings or anything. I see nothing and only the loss of my main account in which I started in 2009 and contributed nearly $1000 which will never be replaced. Which is fine everything was spent in fun and to my account. Throught the 5 years playing on this account I have only received 1 punishement for a suspension.

So moments after I make purchases of $30 on my main. Boom a "permanent ban". I demand a refund and some clarification to what is happening. It might be nice maybe if Riot could use some common sense and maybe have some sort of program or interface that will let players have a shop timer during moments like this. Kinda bs that if someone is going to be punished and under the assumption that everything is okay and dandy. Makes a Riot purchases and losses that money and account moments after making a purchase.

I mean stuff happens I get it and I'm okay if I did something terribly wrong were a perm ban would be necessary but look at the facts. You guys accepted my money knowingly that I would get a permanent ban. I want my money refunded. I am positive that I am not the only one that has experienced this.

Happy New Year.

Unless you're looking for a forum ban too, only post this once please. No spamming.

6 months or less from the initial purchase and you can still file a dispute with your bank. The sad part is, what you bought from riot isnt considered something that you can own physically but instead a "service."

How many hours of gameplay have you stolen from someone else by ruining their game? How much money have you cost Riot by ruining another person's experience and turning them off to league for good? remember, some of those people might actually have jobs.
