Can we get someone to investgate the reason some players join games, just to dance at spawn, and then afk, is this a form of boosting or just not caring? this happen to me with people on my team 2 games in a row.*

Jungler rage quit, told everyone on my team to "kill themselves," then proceed to flame in all chat, rage quit, cost us the game, all because of a role 3 games in a row iv'e encounter toxic people, and I'm not even level 10 yet.
