Reported a player for unacceptable behaviour in ranked game

I don't know how to say this, but I just witnessed the most dissapointing game ever. I was thinking lets close this evening with a nice game, but it all went down when a player by the name of <removed by moderation> joined the game.

For the selection I had it known that I wanted to play Poppy Poppy , this however was not possible after <removed by moderation> banned her. Thought that it was a misstake, which can happen, and luckly had a back-up. I did however asked what his intentions were with the ban, no respons was given. After the selection it became clear that he (<removed by moderation>) was going to play Nunu & Willhump Nunu as support with summoner 11 , now I don't normally see this, and thought it was an interesstion choice, so let's find out how this is gonne play out.

In the game however it became worse. Not only was <removed by moderation> intentionally following me and stealing my farm from the jungle, when I went in for a gank, cause I thought, maybe he goes for the kill too, he then turned to the farm of the laner instead of helping so to later going back to his routine, which is following the jungler, me, and stealing his farm.

At this point bot was fighting 2 against 1, with sometimes a gank from their jungler, I was like 4 to 5 levels behind, because I don't get the farm I usually get and when I want to go for a gank he just leaves or stand still and wave.

Lucklly the blue side players noticed this as well and we all reported him, but looking at his match history, looks like we were not the first one to experians his "fun". Now I am posting here in hope some Riot members will notice this and maybe they can do something about this player. I have some clips of the game as evidence

I looked at the Nunu's match history and found he does this every game. Definitely deserves a permaban.

You'll have to submit a support ticket, You can't report players here.

Also edit out the name of the troller. Even though he does deserve it, you can’t name shame on the boards. It’s to prevent witch hunts on innocent or inexperienced players. You can link your match history or op.gg and tell us the game and which champ the troller played.

And if you submit a support ticket get evidence such as screenshots and video recordings of the game. It will take them a while to respond to your ticket, be patient and don’t resubmit another ticket, the ticket will get pushed back to the back of the line if you send in the same one again.
