The 14 day ban should've been more than sufficient warning that your behavior was not ok. The punishment after that step is a permaban, so you have to significantly improve your behavior. Riot does not typically reduce or remove punishments unless they were done in error; from what you're saying here, it wasn't an error and you just don't like that answer. Player Support did their job.

4/30 is 1 in 7.5 games dude. If you're flaming that often, you deserve your ban.

The 14-day ban WAS a warning. As was the 10- and 25-game chat restrictions. What kind of entitled nonsense is this?
You know there is a warning at the bottom of the email for your 14 day ban telling you the next ban is permanent right?

There is a prior warning. Scroll down to the bottom of your reform card indicating that your next punishment is a permaban.

Trust me i've been my fair share of toxic unfortunately but if you really don't wanna get banned you need to not flame, it's hard but it's worth keeping my account, I love league to much to flame and risk my account being banned
