Hacked then banned?

When I logged on to play some league after a small nap, it said I was perma banned for toxicity. The last game I played was the Ahri ranked game, and the other two blinds were not me. The person that was on my account went OFF and it was obvious that was the reason I was banned. I have gotten banned for 2 weeks a while ago, but have redeemed myself after that. If you look at the chat logs of the previous games, you can see that i do not type much and are not toxic. I already made a ticket about this, but I came to the forums because this is super urgent, and I think my account should be returned to me. I did not share my password with ANYONE, nor was I toxic in any of the previous games after the 2 week ban. The best guess I have for the team working at Riot is that when I got banned two days ago, it was korean thanksgiving, and all of my close relatives came over. During that time when I was helping my parents, my older cousin said he would play some games on my pc. That’s when he probably played league on my computer. I have a notepad on the pc with all of my passwords, which is how he probably found my LOL password. I didn’t share my LOL password with anyone, because I only wanted myself on the account.

Well, just admitting that means your account most likely won't get unbanned, unfortunately.

Account sharing is against the rules, meaning you're pretty much at a dead end. There's no way you can prove your cousin was on your account and even if you could, you'd be banned for account sharing. Sorry.

Good luck with your support ticket and hopefully you guys can work out a solution.

Unfortunately, you are responsible for the security of your account. Now, there are exceptions of course, some people do get unbanned when its proven they were hacked after some investigating by Rito. But you basically let someone play on it, by letting them play the game on your computer with a note of your account password. Anyone could just say "it was my cousin" and get away with anything. Sorry dude, that sucks. Definitely make an attempt to get it back through a support ticket though. Other than a little wasted time, it cant hurt.
