Okay so gonna post, word for word, my chat ban on a fresh account I made. I am NOT trying to say that I am not toxic in any way, shape, or form as you can tell by my summoner handle. However, I feel that the moderation in the game in regards to the punishment tribunal does not differentiate between comments made between opponents and comments made between teammates.

In end, I fully admit that some of my remarks were indeed toxic and quite possibly worthy of a chat ban (Stfu, trash, shitting on). That being said, 90% of my in game communication was banter towards the Orianna who had (unbeknownst to me) reported me 2 or so games ago? Although I was ONLY penalized for the 2nd game (cause I didn't even have any conversations with him/her in the former match) I realize that my comms towards her can also be seen as aggressive, but I feel in a PVP game I don't really need to care about my opponents feelings if they come at me right out of the gate crying that they are losing to me and dislike my comment saying EZ. My personal feelings towards this is that it seems everyone needs a safe space these days. If I get stomped in a game, I don't start crying if there is banter, or emote spam, or anything of that like.

I accept the fact that I got outplayed, or made a mistake and can respond with positive dialogue and the game can continue instead of flaming (for no reason when I'm playing like crap, which happens). I feel like the system in LoL punishes people indiscriminately and doesn't catch the majority of people who fly just under the radar

I have seen MUCH worse dialogue between other people, including racial slurs being used, unsportsmanlike conduct, inting/running it down and have witnessed 0 punishment on riots end, even with multiple people reporting said person.

Any who, asides from my complaints, I want to know what other people think about the dialogue ( You can believe what you want and make your own assumptions but I have posted everything) and give me a rating scale on a level from 1-10 in terms of toxicity.

7/10. Not the worst I've seen, and there were some neutral lines here and there, but there's still consistently poor and unsportsmanlike behavior throughout and definitely worthy of a punishment in my eyes.

You say that it was banter directed towards Orianna, but it doesn't appear that way to me. Banter is supposed to be light-hearted jabs, and these were not. Also, she wasn't the only one who had to put up with your behavior, as there were 8 other players in that game who had to put up with it as well assuming they didn't just mute you. Besides, you could've easily just ignored the Orianna and continued playing without a care in the world, but clearly you cared enough about their feelings to continue egging them on with unsportsmanlike conduct. I also agree with Saezio's point about it making you look immature and not funny or clever.

It's not about having a safe space or whatever other excuse people come up with, it's about having common sense and decency, which was unfortunately lacking here for the most part.

4/10 for majority of it... 6/10 towards the end, ill give you a 5.

A soft 3 i have to say. I like this kind of banter but some people get butthurt if you stomp them. Some comments on your part were indeed over the line though Don't call people trash/noob it is just not a nice thing to say and its not funny/banter/clever it just makes you look like a 5 year old.

A solid 5 not too toxic but just enough to tilt your team and the enemy team, i do believe it was just banter but you just kept going.

I would say its a solid 5. about average, but there are way worse people in league.
