They've removed email communications for chat restrictions a while back.
Maybe even 3 years ago since it was removed.
If you want to see your reform card, relog from the client.
Why is an email necessary? You get your evidence when you log into the client. Plus, the emails were usually delayed a few hours at least when they were sent, so you may not even get it before either.
