Not calling MIA when your team is asking for it is just a selfish act.

AKA, asshole. When I'm bot lane trying to 2v2 and Mid just allows roaming constantly and refusing to call MIA's, I don't know what you expect to happen. "Why is mid 3/0", gee I wonder why. I'm not looking at my map when I'm fighting bot lane.

You literally say you aren't looking at the map. It's like switching lanes and you don't use your mirrors to see if a car is there. Either you hit the car (mid roamed) or you don't ( luckily mid backed). And then you blame the person you hit on the person next to you because they didn't tell you. Stop blaming others

I understand your frustration, but it's impractical to assume that the person is intentionally not calling MIA just for the sake of negatively impacting you.

The laner isn't always aware of their lane opponent roaming. Sometimes they were recalling to base, or roaming elsewhere themselves. Or maybe they and their opponent both recalled and they expected their lane opponent to come back to lane but instead they roamed straight from base to come gank you.

There is more to the situation than you are seeing. Your frustration blinds you to the circumstances.

Map awareness, get some.

Yes, the midlaner /should/ ping an MIA as a courtasy to the team, they should exercise good lane control and do their best to prevent a roam, they should either follow, countergank or hard push the lane when their lane opponent roams, but the reality is the majority of the players in this game are Silver or Bronze so you cannot EXPECT that every time, nor should you.

I recommend placing deep wards in the river and tri-bush so you can see them coming long before they get there. Vision is your friend right along side map awareness.

A) They should be calling MIAs. B) It's not their fault you died.

That's petty. When I'm in the bot lane role, I'll at least put a hint of attention to my minimap. If I was caught off by mid roam, that's more on me honestly. Long story short: don't tunnel on your lane and don't completely rely on strangers and their instincts.

What of a scenario where both mid laners back, yours goes to lane and the enemy goes straight to bot lane. That's seconds of time that most players wouldn't really acknowledge until it's actually happening or too late.

Lol what a bronze thing to say.

You should be checking your map often no matter what is going on. Even if they should ping it, you should also be aware that you can't see the enemy midlaner and play accordingly.

sure its bad not for them to ping but you can't improve other players why not glance at the mini map once every 5 seconds then you would know that there isn't a midlaner showing on the map and that you should probably not all in the enemy who is stepping up when they should be playing passively
