The Tribunal System
So, I was just wondering, does the tribunal system actually do anything? I have reported people in games for telling me to "stfu" or saying that I should kill myself or uninstall the game. These people I have reported though, seem to not have any action taken against them. Sometimes I am the only one who reports them because the enemy team finds it funny and are glad that they won while my team was being flamed, but I just want to know, in depth how the system works.
