I've been banned for no reason? I don't understand?

So I just installed League of Legends to find out my account be banned for using third-party software. I don't USE any third-party software. I think this is an error since I came back. I don't use any THIRD PARTYS FOR LEAGUE. I installed your client thing a while back and JUST decided to instantly, putting it on my tribyte drive since I have two hard drives.

I read the reasons for permnant banning for third party usage.

  • Exposing information that’s intentionally obfuscated (cooldowns or timers)
  • Taking actions on your behalf (botting or scripting)
  • Drawing conclusions for you (predicting enemy positions)
  • Altering your field of intelligence (zoomhacks or global ult alerts)

^^ I took this DIRECTLY from your support website. I don't have ANY of these. I literally installed last night and when to bed, opened it up to find out I was ban. For what reason? I don't HAVE any third party programs for league? I put in a ticket to argue this but I just recently got back into playing league? I've never used any sort of third party nor have I've been active to play any games to be reported in? So frankly what's going on? This is upsetting me very much so because I spend a lot of time on that account. This happened after I wanted to re-join to play the new champions and get back into the community.

Please help. I don't know if I banned during the time I was loading up FF14 while playing League of Legends. But I don't have any third party systems. I did file a ticket.

That said, there are some funky looking sutff in your match history. Definitely hit up support and see what they say.

Loading up FF14 while playing would not access or modify the active memory of League, and so would not trip a ban for 3rd party programs.

The cheating detection is active even in training or custom games that don't finish (and are thus unrecorded in match histories/other API extractions).
