Nearly 5 months of good behavior, yet permanently banned.

I have invested over 800 dollars on this account. And I love League of Legends more than any other game on the market. I am not a perfect human being, and sometimes I say things which I later regret. It has been a long time since the last time I got in trouble for my behavior (Almost 5 months clean). However today, I was a bit toxic in a few of my games because I had a bad day, I received a permanent suspension, but was also puzzled because I thought that I climbed back in the ban pyramid a long time ago due to my positive behavior. I didn’t think that a permanent suspension would happen. I was even able to receive keys and hextech chests up until a week ago. Which technically means that I have been reformed, no? So do you not think that a permanent ban is a bit too harsh for someone who showed improvement for nearly 5 months, just because of single fallout? So much for the 3 month rule.

3 months to fall down a punishment tier isn't a rule, it's an estimated average for most players. Severe behavior may also result in skipping tiers. If you need more information or want to contest your ban, submit a Support Ticket.

There is no 3-month rule. 3-months is just the rough average. It's also in game/playing time, not real time.

Your best bet is to e-mail player support about it to discuss your ban. After the first response (which will likely be a copy-pasta due to the sheer volume of tickets they get each day) ask for your ticket to be escalated to an accounts specialist to talk 1 on 1 about your ban.

What were you banned for exactly? Sounds like a chat ban, I'd be interested in knowing what you said.

I have invested over 800 dollars on this account.

People always mention how much money they put into their accounts like it matters. It makes me curious as to what the lowest amount of money I need to spend to get some freebie jerk days. $50? $100? $200?

They should add a fucking chat restriction not a game ban. Rito...

man its just an account , get yourself new e-mail , register another account level it up and play the game , you are bronze 5 its not like you cant climb back to bronze 5 XD

And those 800$ you've spend ? nobody cares about it , if you are going to commit suicide over 800$ worth of some in-game features in league of legends you need to check yourself

here is the number to suicidal line where you can talk about it with smn 1-800-273 TALK (8255)

i hope you will be ok

When anyone starts off a post saying how much money they spent I immediately know they are guilty.

People on this game are sensitive and get their panties in a bunch easily. If you're toxic at times, your best bet is to mute everyone from the beginning of the game so you won't be tempted. Everyone has bad days and bad games, riot is the only company I know that will punish you for that.

Open a support ticket, you may have a case to prove you account was banned for wrong reasons. Keep submitting a ticket, best of luck friend

TBF the money you gave to riot, doesn't matter in the least to anyone. You obtain no special status for buying skins
