Can you ever get your afk timer ban back to 5 minutes after you've made it to 20 minutes?

I hadn't afked for several months and then when the client suddenly decided to crash on me, leaving me with a black screen and having no way to close or change the tab. forcing me to restart my PC. When I logged in, my team had obviously remaked and I ended up with a 20 min ban, even though It had been months since the last one I got and I also had recieved a message telling me that I've been afking less in games and my account status has been improved. Any thoughts on this?

I think it is based more on games played than on time since your last punishment like the IFS and you can drop tiers but I'm not 1000% sure.

yeah i think you have to wait either a full day or after the week resets. i cant remember

AFKing 1/100 will fairly quickly bring you up to the maximum of 20 min LPQ. You have to AFK less than that to stay at whatever LPQ you are currently at.

To go down requires going AFK even less than that.

Once you've gone up to the top, it can take a while to prove that going AFK is no longer a habit.
