Can you stop giving afk penalties to clients that crash in the middle of a game?

Riot, this is my 2nd post regarding your ridiculous afk penalties. I am now on my 2nd round of 20min afk penalities and this time it was because of a another bugsplat, before the game even started. BEFORE IT EVEN STARTED. It resulted in a remake and you penalized me again?! Your bugsplats are costing me time. Listen, I am fed up with your broken leavebuster. You have to fix it. I am now instructing everyone I know to not give you any more money. I told you this is what I would do if you penalized me again. I never click the "exit" button which means it is a result of your faulty client. I do not leave games. You never do appeals so I am flaming you for this. I know over 50 people that play this game that give you, at min, 100 per month in cash. You've lost that until you fix leavebuster. It's very simple, you need to be able to discern the difference a legit leaver and a bugsplat/client crash. You cannot punish people for the latter. It is unethical. If you persist in leaving the broken system as it is...broken, then you will never receive money from me again. You do realize you can censor your client to determine whether the player left intentionally correct? If the exit button is clicked it can be logged. If it isn't then you know it's either your client or their connection. Why should any of us be punished for your incompetence? You can ban me if you like, remove the post, I really don't care. It's still going to cost you money in the end. Fix the damn system and frankly? You should remove my penalty and award me something for the trouble you caused me. However, I know you well enough that listening to your customers is not your first prerogative. Another 100 min of total wait time courtesy of my good friend, Riot. I feel humiliated in giving you money. A mistake I shall not repeat. Rant finished. Oh and please spare me an "excuse" response. If it's anything but a sincere apology and a willingness to rectify your error, I don't want to hear it. Don't waste your time

P.S. - If everyone this happened to stopped giving you money? You'd hot fix that shit in a day.
