This has been said time and time again: Curse words are not what gets people warned/punished, it's how words are used that gets people in trouble. For example:
See the difference? Cursing has nothing to do with it, it's about whether the comments are directed at other players or are otherwise incendiary.

You can counter report by...reporting the player back, I suppose. Thing is, what would you be reporting the player for? Being offended?
