My Statement:

Let me start off by saying yes, I was upset for a few reasons (the duo bot lane was way more toxic and i guarantee they have not been permabanned let alone banned), however never did I swear, hate speech or speak in a way that is so offensive or inflammatory to get permabanned (Also this is all my logs, not everyone else in the game, so it's quite unfair to judge the actions of me in the game where you can't see how toxic the botlane was). At the start I had a support lock-in kha'zix with flash and smite, I was allocated jungle and went kayn, this is why in the beginning I stated "CanadianImpact: easy report if you int my jungle" in the pre-game, because I had figured he wanted to troll, he switched his smite for ignite and played support. The 5k hp remarks are about the new tower health system, I had never seen it before so was asking everyone else. "CanadianImpact: stop losing bot then it might be gankable" This was a response to my bot lane flaming me with toxic remarks about how bad of a jungle I am, spam pinging me, and complaining about never ganking. This was where I was still at level 5 due to being invaded early 1v1 with the enemy jungle trundle, and slightly later killed in a 1v2 at my red. My bot lane (yasuo adc, kha'zix support) were either always pushing in, having to back from being poked due to having no range, or dying, leaving very little I could do to actually help them. I do gank a little bit later and clean up the enemy lucian adc and sion support. From there it's mostly just me talking back to their much more toxic behaviour with my own remarks (I don't agree with how the chat was going and a couple of my actions, but I never felt I had stepped over a line). After most of the game, there came a point where we (yasuo, kha'zix, kayn, zed, shen) 5 meele ad comp are losing, and the yasuo was trying to 1v3 and dying, the game was over, shortly finished by the enemy team destroying our nexus. This is ridiculous to have permanently banned me for this, while most likely leaving the two other accounts who were greatly toxic, and purposely initiating offensive communication untouched. I have spent some money to buy a couple champs/skins on this account and it's a joke to get permabanned for this while I've seen hugely worse behaviour walk away.

PS - This was the only game where they indicated under my permanent ban for the reason (I am not toxic in games as of recently).

you didn't get perma-banned for this

you got punished for this, escalating the "punishment tier" your account was on

you were banned for showing CONSISTENTLY negative behavior and a refusal/lack of ability to reform after being warned

its beacuse everyone that play lol doesnt have balls and reports for everything. and riot is the same. keeps banning people that did nothing but leaves the trolls alone

If I go to a superstore and steal a chocolate bar I won't go to jail - I will, at worst, be fined and banned from the store.

If a person who is on probation goes to a superstore and steals a chocolate bar, he will go to jail.

A person who is at the 14-day ban status is fundamentally on probation as far as LoL's moderation system is concerned. Any infraction is enough to get you banned at that point.

What do you not understand about the fact that 1 report is enough to flag the game for review and more than 1 don't do anything? This has been confirmed by Riot.
