Is there really no way to got unbanned?
Is there really no way to get unbanned from perm ban? I've spend so much money and time in this account, and got perma ban for ''kys''

At this time there is not a way to get unbanned, no. There are occasional cases of very borderline cases getting a final chance upon submitting a ticket to Player Support, but these cases are extremely rare, and telling another player to kill themselves is considered a very serious violation, and pretty definitely disqualifying for any consideration of a reversal.
You violated the rules, so no, you do not get un-permabanned.
I suggest next time you are given a final warning and told that further rule violations would be a permanent ban, you heed that warning and change your behavior.
There is not, nope.
You do not get perma banned from just one offense either, which means after your 14 day ban, you ignored the warning and kept up with your bad behavior!
You can now A) move on, make a new account and learn your lesson finally. B) Ignore the 2 punishments you have received and keep going on your hateful toxic spree.
There are always ways to do things like this:
- Buy Riot games.
- Hack into their system and change it yourself
- Bribe some Riot employees to turn your ban over
- etc
There is no easy way to do it, since you wished somebody to die, which is a very very very very very serious issue. Just imagine how many people died because a random stranger in a video game told them this.
Not for telling players to kill themselves. That type of cyber bullying is a big no.
