Riot I know the reporting system isnt that good i encounter lots of toxic people and i dont feel like there being delt with there is no real punishment for people like this exept if they do it like 80 times

Your feelings have no bearing on reality. Take your pick out of all the posts on this board written by salty idiots who got punished.
Read the PB&M Board sometime; there's plenty of players getting banned and complaining about it, and they're just the ones that bother to post about it.
Look around this section of the boards. People are punished for being toxic all the time.
You just don't know about other people's punishments the overwhelming majority of the time.
No. People get punished for saying words but 1-24 players get to keep playing because they only type in champ select
The toxic players that get super mad get punished, the ones that stay calm don't lol.
ive learned turning off all chat helps alot
Ban waves occur around every 2 weeks, so when it's just before that time the amount of toxic players does "seem" to increase.
Toxic players get punished.
Non-Toxic players get punished.
Basically anyone who talks gets punished.
