What about a System Point for Ranked games , to avoid feeders and flamers ? <RANKED ACCESSIBILITY>

Hello , lately i've been encountering many feeders/ flamers like 8/10 games which is pretty high.What is frustrating though is that most of feeders are coming from a feeding streak like 4 to 5 games in a row . This game is getting bad reputation cause of it's community that's is getting from worse to worst , so riot can take some good in game/attitude beaviour countermeasures . My suggestion is a creation of a point system that applies only to ranked games . For example when u have 95+ points on this bevaviour system you gonna be able to join ranked queues , if your points drop lower than that (cause of feeding or flaming - lets take reports more seriously having more actions , not only extreme use of chat ban or account ban) summoners gonna have to play some normal games and proove themselves worthy of redemption through good behaviour and not trolling/ feeding so they can earn their points back to join again ranked games , this can work well for curing the tilt trend that annoys most of the summoners these last 2 years .
