How do I deal with players like this???

I was playing Camille vs Vlad Not the funnest matchup but I was doing kinda okay (despite being unable to farm well), then Katarina after dying two times says "open mid" and decides to go toplane focing me to go fight the 2/0 Yasuo, I dont do so well and have to stay under tower not allowing me to farm again, Katarina dies to Vlad and goes midlane I got back toplane to greet my old friend with 30 farm ahead and another kill under his belt, the Katarina dies to Yasuo and comes back toplane, Causing me to constantly having to switch between lanes that I cant even farm in ruining my early game farming and laning phase and my lategame. I admitablly got pretty pissed and angry at this Katarina. and ended up finishing the game 0/7 with 50 farm. Can I report someone for this? How do I deal with this if this happens again?

Unfortunately, it fells to category "having a bad game". This is one of the reasons why people gets frustrated and toxic, yet it's you who would be blamed if you would say anything negative.

depends on what they did in their lane after calling "open mid". Did they try to come back with plays and failed? or they running it down the lane?

One is a bad game with bad decisions (and is not punishable), the other has full intending of causing grief and thus punishable.

As soon as someone types in open mid, yes you can report them for negative attitude/giving up.

You report the kat, don't say anything to them unless it's purely encouraging or positive (I know, fucked up, but if you bitch about it, I don't know you so you might go too far and get yourself punished), and you do what you did, which is go try and cover mid. You play the game and lose and report the player who gave up. There's even a report option for it. Make sure to point out they said open mid in the description box and gave up.

Turn in the favor feed your top, steal Kats cs, flame him for being bad for feeding, and report him. (Jokes aside) Just ignore him and move on with your game. Play it casually like she isn't there, and as I said report that scrub for unsportsmanlike conduct.

You roam to whatever lane the Kat is in and take all her cs as often as possible possibly getting a gank there if u can while taking a pitstop into the enemy jg to deep ward, clear camps, and potentially set up a gank on the enemy jungler with ur jungler.

But more importantly, if you're finishing any game no matter what the difficulty was, with only 50 cs you have bigger fish to fry my friend.

You cant do shit about it if she didn't flame you. Rito obviously cares ONLY about flaming, so you just have to live with it and go on.
