im a lover of game and I played more than 10000 hours in this game why I have to be ban just for this and plz do some thing about this 5 ban 20 mins

just to clear something up, you didnt get a ban, you got a low priority Q
You have't been banned, you have a low priority queue for 5 games, and I'm sorry but you don't get that from leaving just one game. If you have a pattern of leaving or AFK, stop, because you'll get an actual ban if you keep it up.
One game doesn't do that to you.
Feel free to tell us about all the other games you've left or afk'd.
A 20 minute Low Priority Queue time means that you have a history of leaving/afking in games. While it's unfortunate that this time around was apparently due to an electrical issue, this doesn't change the fact that this isn't the first time you've left/afked in a game, meaning that you've used up all of the leniency the system gave you for emergency/unexpected situations, so really have no one to blame but yourself for the position you're in right now. If you can play 5 matchmade games WITHOUT leaving or afking then you'll be taken out of LPQ, but again you have to do them WITHOUT leaving or afking in them.
