If you hire me, I will personally devote myself to ending wintrading

NA mid tier to high tier has become infested unfortunately with wintrading. It is so obvious that people make post and videos everyday exposing them. They give very little effort enough to get by without bans and speak in a different languages or short statement of english phrases. Once pointed out they proceed to get toxic and intentionally feed or troll even harder. The reason this is not fix is probably due to the lack of manpower riot has. Due to my fear of this game losing popularity or become a "dead" game. I will literally quit my job and lead a team to resolve and subside this plague.
