KILL "her him...."!!!!

Is it allowed to write, KILL THEM? Using caps or not? I imen, when you type focuse enemy Ashe or whatever champ you type or it isnt allowed to write KILL?!?! Maybe focus!?!?! Its just a game and in the game you kill people, like in FPS, its just a game and you dont type, to kill the person who play that champ.

Some people write, GO KILL YOURSELF and this is verry innapropriate, but if you type im gona kill myself, you dont know if he talk in reallife or in the game?

In the game there are too many people who never replay, so i dont know if they dont know english, or do they have chat restriction? Why dont we enable ingame voice for the team like in many other games? Or would someone record us and then post it to riot to ban some people for talking bad? I think too many people got chat restricted or temporarly banned for unclear reason. Sometime you get a chat log, but what if you never speak, what kind of evidence can they give to you to chat restrict you teporarly ban you? The HONOR system is also bad, becouse we dont know how it really work, becouse there is no ral transparency. I think people should see other player honor so we can play with people with same honor more often or are they all honor lvl 0, becouse riot dont want to give an rewards and rather ban people?
