Need more context to this one. Very few cases where people start feeding for no reason at the beginning of the game. Things that come to mind when that happens is autofill/champ got taken/ provoked pregame, etc. Still no excuse to start inting but I'm just curious why and don't you find it ironic based on your username this happens?
im on the same boat but both my support and adc were trolling and i got chat restricted because i call them out and just said i was going to report them gg. and apparently they did not get any punishment at all just kept trolling games and messing peoples day.

Ok clearly this is a bait and the vayne actually lived in both these clips and this led to you guys getting ACED as a team due to this high level play.

The second clip looks like poor play instead of inting. If you are using that as evidence then theres your answer as to why she isnt banned.
