Please where can I report

I am tired of losing all matches because of trollers.I report them everytime and they get nothing what can I do just look at this troller(master yi):https://imgur.com/a/JEYMn.Please is there a topic on forum where can I report this kind of players I really want to because ingame reports is useless.

Reports are not instantaneous and you will not be notified of their punishment 99.99% of the time. Just keep doing what you're doing. It'll be fine.
