Account-sharing is also banable so either way the state of your account will probably remain untouched. Feel free to make a new account and play on it.

Nobody here can unban your account, and if you bring it to Riot support the ban is going to stick because account sharing is way more against the rules than toxicity. Start a new account and don't share it.

Letting your friend play on your account is just as bad as being toxic. So you're guilty in both parties. No unbans for you.
