So I started playing LOL today trying to level up. I even dropped 100$ and bought champions. ya I was toxic because other people were toxic to me too but tbh I met was at least 1 smurff per game claim to be diamond player whatever that means . guess what I got 14 days ban . I made a ticket. But if this how LOL treat new players why should I even start investing time in a game that ban a new player for 14 days ? Also is there a way to refund 100$ or I am forced to do a charge back on my 100$ because no way it make sense I spend 100$ I am new player and cannot even play vs AI while I am banned . what happen next when some idiots report me again ? do I get another 14 days ban or will they ban my account. what kinda of bulshit is this ?

Dude if you managed to jump to a 14 day ban at lvl 3 this is the least of your worries. This isn't Xbox live call of duty you cant just talk shit without consequences. Amd the fact that you jumped to a 14 day ban tells me that you were probbaly saying some awful stuff.

Charging Back is actually fraud. When you buy a toy and Break it by using it the wrong Way you can't get your money Back either.

Extremely toxic behavior can result in skipping punishment tiers. If it's for chat, it's typically for hate speech (racial/homophobic slurs etc.) or telling people to kill themselves. If you received a Reform Card with chat logs upon logging into the client, please copy-paste that here.

If the ban was for intentionally toxic gameplay, such as trolling or intentional feeding, those get account bans and never chat restrictions.

The punishment tiers are as follows;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

You can read more about the Instant Feedback System (IFS) that processes reports and issues punishment for negative behavior here; https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207489286

Maybe if you stop calling people idiots, you won’t get reported.

If you are truly interested in playing league, you need to improve your attitude. Calling people idiots and being toxic towards others is not okay.

It's very rare for a new player to pay 100 dollars. This is just a new account created by a person who got his main account banned.

Riot likes to pick on the people who put a lot of money into the game, because theres a pattern of players who spend a lot of money, make new accounts and spend a lot of money on those new accounts, and so on, if they are banned again. Its easy money for them.

Seriously tho, wtf do you guys do to get such a harsh punishment? I'm toxic as fuck in this game, not that I flame every single game, but man am I far from being a saint. Yet the most I got was a mild 10 games chat restriction. People say Rito usually warns you if you actually risk being banned, even if only temporarily, and I've never got such warning either.

Really, how did you manage to get a 14 days ban in 1 day? That's just crazy I don't know whether to despise you or commend you, probably a mix of both.

Nothing will happen if you just use the chat for contructive game related communication or if you just don't chat at all. You can still use your RP since they are not gone.

The next punishment will be a permanent ban, which you should avoid at all costs if you value your money.

I really doubt this is your first account or first punishment

Maybe show some self-restraint and not be a D before you start complaining about Riot. People these days...

OP dont spend your money on this game, they will ban you next time for the littlest thing and you will have no claim to your money on the account

Blizzard still mad about Overwatch flopping so they are paying trolls to come to the League forums.

  1. You admit you were toxic

Nothing else needs to be said. You know your actions were bad. You expect special treatment because you spent IRL money?
