Are adcs getting nicer lately?
Yesterday I had two separate adcs in ranked apologise for stealing my kills. Like, no, I know I'm playing Lux but I'm still the support, those kills are yours!

Only newbies and not very bright people apologise for stealing kills.
It depends on the person. Some players are more laid-back/lenient about accidental kill-steals than others are.
To be fair its towards the end of the season and after the cutoff date,
So it could be simply because people are trying to regain their honor (them being nice might give them a tiltproof) or not lose the honor they have for the rewards
