Lowering the amount of trolls/autolocks in normal queues

There should definitely be a system created to make reporting + vote kick auto lockers/flamers/trolls in champ select possible, I mean at least if we are going to be matched up with people like that we have the option to kick them and get another queue without having to waste our LP/+5m cd because they wanted to ruin the game with toxicity. :>
