I think I can distill what the Riot employee was telling you - When you argue with someone who's being an asshole to you, don't forget that there are up to 8 other players who just want to play the game and not hear two people have a pissing contest. That's what he meant by creating a distressing environment - there are innocent bystanders who have to navigate around the piss puddles.

Constant rank-shaming, spent most of the game belittling instead of actually providing constructive criticism (saying “you suck lol” is not constructive by the way)

Go back and read it, re-evaluate your own behavior. If you get punished again don't come crying because you can't admit your own faults.

I think if you removed some of the language that you used to specifically insult a player; there would be nothing wrong with this chat dialog. specifically “Wait my meta slave adc is talking” is probably taking it over the line.
