but i was playing on a full party and my friends reported me as a joke i will now cry for losing pink taric skin

Oh no look at this community downvoting any posts about being suspended because the community is toxic and ignores the problem. (Sarcasm)
riot should allow us to play on perma banned accounts in practice tools and custom games to have a feel of the skins and not be toxic to others win win
Yes, hate speech gets you a 2-week ban. If you were permabanned and with a full party, try contacting Support and they may look into your permaban.
If you were indeed in a full party, get all of your teammates to say that they reported as a joke. Riot actually overturned a case or two like that when all 4 teammates chimed in. Shouldn't be a hard thing to do if what you're saying is true.
