Why are so many league players always hating on Riot?

I kind of noticed this a little while ago, it seems like whenever riot reworks a champ, releases a new champ, releases a new skin, changes a skin etc. Not many people are happy, take blood moon Elise coloring as an example here. When she was pink everyone wanted her red, riot made her red, when she was red everyone got mad and said to put her back, so riot made her both, community still mad. It seems to me like riot is much more understanding about stuff like that then most game company’s. Can someone just help explain why so many people hate on Riot like this?

When you have tens of millions of players, everything you do is going to piss off at least a few hundred people.(probably more)

Pissed off people are far more vocal, usually, than happy people.

As a result... every time something changes, the pissed off people become loud, while the happy people go quiet.

Idk why people are unhappy. (pros saying damage is too high, streamers say the same, high elo , low elo, any elo say the same) i really can't put my finger on this. why are people so unhappy? thinking emoji

Because Riot has been smoking crack this entire season and they still do, at least in terms of the balance team.

This season is the most frustrating, dumbed-down, oneshot fiesta I ever had to experience. They actually turned my favorite game into something I hardly enjoy anymore. A game I loved with all my heart for seven years. That is at least where my hate is coming from.

To make it worse, they never learn from their mistakes. Just look at the changes currently shipping just to sell a new skin:

Kha'Zix Passive - Unseen Threat BONUS ATTACK DAMAGE RATIO 0.2 ⇒ 0.4 W - Void Spike EVOLVED NON-ISOLATED SLOW 40% ⇒ 60% EVOLVED ISOLATED SLOW 80% ⇒ 90%

It's just the boards as for in games , most of players would say " Fck Riot , Fck Zed " they would be negative even of they were killed by a Soraka so it's normal

Because different people want different things in their game, some like something the way it is and others want change and in the age of the internet even a small minority can vocalize discontent. And discontent is more visible then the silent waves of people who accept the change. No game can completely avoid this.

Youre generalizing. Of course there are haters. What makes you think theres so many? Because youve read a couple hundred posts? There are MILLIONS of players.
