Okay, i have played this game since season 3 on this account. however since season 2 on others. Me being banned on this account permanently is a good sign. This game is dead, and the way its punishment system works is flawed and in need of real work. For someone to relay to their team, that if they want to win. They must try to make plays, and take objectives. is not toxic. THIS SHOULD NOT BE BANNABLE.

When responded with toxicity, and utter stupidity from ignorance on how the game works, responding back the right stance should NOT BE BANNABLE! Being asked to keep quiet when faced with a completely irritating and provoking character that might or might not be trolling your ranked game is completely communist and immensely wrong. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU CREATE A NON TOXIC COMMUNITY.

Playing draven mid, my favorite to play, and getting flamed right from champion select despite when getting in game and proving my efforts: SHOULD NOT BE BANNABLE.

The vayne who stays calm but has no clue on what they're doing in the game, flaming the draven for pushing top when the game is going stalemate due to the bot lane, top lane, and jungler not trying to make plays and ultimately losing the lead that i gave them (a 0/4, 5 cs at 8 min fizz enemy mid laner) and farming jungle and invading theirs for kills instead of pushing a lane out or taking a dragon (which i have suggested to them to do while i run it down top lane, unless they were to commit to a teamfight)

  • and the draven replies back with that choice and is continuing to be brought down by his team when he knows hes making the right play SHOULD NOT BE BANNABLE

AND IF YOUD RATHER I STAY QUIET AS TO NOT BE BANNED RATHER THAN TALK TO MY TEAM THEN FUCK IT! I"M OUT! GOODBYE! FIX YOUR PUNISHMENT SYSTEM AND RULES OR DONT, IDC! I"M OUT!

Many people have claimed that the game is dead (usually banned troll ragers) and yet all have been wrong so far, so what makes your claim any different? As far as the IFS if you have any reasonable ideas about how to improve it outside of just mindless rage then feel free to share them.

It's not so long as they're relaying that in a non-toxic way.

WHY WAS I PUNISHED WHEN THE OTHER PERSON WAS WORSE OR STARTED IT! Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest of the players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game. If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on. Reports are a vital piece to the puzzle. If you are not sure of what sort of behavior is reportable take a look at the Reporting a Player FAQ

If you must rage then do it at the screen instead of in chat. Otherwise if it's not helpful or constructive then just don't press Enter.

Playing off-meta with the intent to win is not bannable. Playing off-meta with the intent to troll and be a jerk though is bannable.

If your reply back is filled with insults and harassment then yes that is bannable.

You don't have to stay quiet but you are not allowed to respond to your team in a rude and disrespectful manner, which is what I'm assuming you got banned for. If I'm wrong then post your entire unedited chat logs here in this thread.
