I just got permanently banned and fair enough. I dont think i disserve it but ok. what should i do is it posseble to get my money back. i have used atleast 200 dollars on this account.

Unlikely, when you agree to the terms and conditions you are agreeing to behave as Riot sees fit. You violated that and therefore forfeited the right to your account and any money you have spent on that account.

It is possible, but shady; to get your money back. Riot cannot prove that you personally ever read or agreed to their terms and conditions. The law in your state, country, ect for forming contracts will determine whether or not you can legally back charge under the assertion that "you never agreed to their terms and services." I've seen successful and unsuccessful attempts, but never because Riot agrees.

++ The other players in that game were just as negative as me if not more so if they didnt get banned that would be unfair.
